good location, underground secure parking, pillows and duvet and bed, all very comfortable.

Staff seemed under pressure and under-staffed, resulting in less than acceptable customer service, particularly in the bar/ restaurant. Check in took about 45 minutes. Although there was a queue, it moved very slowly indeed . Carpet was dirty in the bedroom.
